Basic Steps Mental Health is conducting another Zoom Meeting to help people get through the difficulties in their life through self-help tools. A little knowledge can go a long way, a lot of knowledge can help you thrive.
A thank you to all that attended our last Zoom meeting. It was our best ever and our hope is to even surpass that one.
Our program teaches people the Spiritual Psychology approach. No, it is not some voodoo, but a clinical approach that mixes and matches 10 of the top Psychological approaches to treat a problem at its root.
In this workshop, we are going to focus on emotional wellbeing. Do you know how to work through anger or anxiety or the depth of depression? Spiritual Psychology will show you how to address emotional wounds, learn from them, and grow in the process. We are going to pay strict attention to repeating emotional issues, you know, those stubborn problems that just won’t go away.
We have 90 minutes to address what has been bothering you, so reserve a spot, come early, and bring a pad of paper with you to take notes.
Keep this in mind: We cannot think our way out of an emotional wound. No, but we can learn to process through our wounds in a simple manner.
