Surviving The Pandemic Workshop
Surviving the Pandemic is a free 1 ½ hour Zoom meeting for people to discuss the difficulties they have been experiencing during this tumultuous time, and learn Psychological tools to not only cope, but heal and grow.
Without the normal distractions of travel, restaurants, the gym, shopping, music, bars, coffee shops, etc. etc., we are suddenly stuck with ourselves and dealing with our underlying issues. For many, this can be a time of difficulty because, without the distractions, unresolved issues can surface leading to anxiety, depression, anger, and upset. That’s where we come in.
This meeting will help people focus on the real issue – how people are with themselves. We can explore how they are coping and help them learn other innovative tools and strategies to improve their lot.
And of course, Basic Steps Mental Health advocates the Spiritual Psychology approach and believes that our problems are merely invitations of learning and growth. Recurring problems are of main concern because if we don’t work through an issue, it generally gets worse and then you find yourself seated in front of us through need. However, in working through problems, and us showing you some great tools widely used in clinical psychology – that has a twist of compassion and love thrown is, we help you grow at the spiritual level.
